Online access to PCCF and PCFR files is no longer available.

Starting with the 2013 license agreement between Canada Post and Statistics Canada for the Postal Code Conversion File products,
(signed by the University of Saskatchewan on September 23, 2013), we are not permitted to distribute either the Postal Code Conversion 
File or the Postal Codes by Federal Ridings file freely.

Nor is the U of S permitted to disseminate these data to walk-in clients from other DLI institutions (regardless of whether these 
institutions have also signed the license). Please contact the Data Liberation Initiative Contact (http://www.statcan.gc.ca/dli-ild/contact-eng.htm)
at your institution to determine what arrangements are in place for you to receive access to the PCCF products.

U of S students, faculty or staff wishing to use the PCCF and/or PCFR data should contact Data & GIS Library Services to arrange access to the files.
