Notes:    The SAS and SPSS code has been provided separately for the primary and secondary
          files.  The read statements have been provided separately from the format code, since the
          files are quite large.

     The WordPerfect 5.1/5.2 User Guide and Data Dictionary files have been included for
     users without Windows (ie. for users who cannot access the Windows Help file,
     which contains the same information).  That version of WordPerfect is a DOS version.
