      DESCRIPTION:

      The Alberta Township System (ATS) Version 4.1 coordinate file is the 
      current offcial ATS file of the Provincail Government. The ATS 4.1 
      coordinate file, which is based on three governing points per section, and 
      the corresponding shape file are to be used for geo-referencing digital 
      plan submissions made to Government. 
      Data Formats:

        Includes geographical coordinates only (latitude and longitude in 
        degrees and decimals of degrees) 
      Product Details: 
        Datum is NAD83

        Accuracy +/- 3 metres

        Approximate file size 90 megabytes

        Provincial coverage available in Geographical Format only (Internal)
