1986 Cartographic Files

1) Projection of the coverage   -----> UTM
2) Projection datum of the coverage ----> NAD27

Most of the files are UTM. Some aren't -- ie. Edmonton CTs.

Edmonton is projected as Lambert conic confromal with 2 standard parallels
at 49 degress N and 77 Degrees N

There were some questions/comments about conversion with Arc/Info and it was
suggested that that we use NTv2 (National Transformation version 2) grid
shift file (Nad27 to Nad83) from the Geodetic Survey of Canada.
