The complete Data & Maps for ArcGIS Desktop collection is just over 8 GB and is too large for a single, reliable download.  It has been divided into three parts that you will need to reassemble on your hard drive.  It is quite straight forward with these three steps.

1. Make a folder named DataMaps10 on your hard drive and put the contents of Data_and_Maps_for_ArcGIS10_121409.iso into it.

2. Put the contents of Data_and_Maps_for_ArcGIS10_121410.iso into the same DataMaps10 folder.

3. Put the contents of Data_and_Maps_for_ArcGIS10_121621.iso into the DataMaps10\streetmap_na\data folder.

Data and Maps for ArcGIS Desktop is now complete and ready to use.
